I think schools are definitely ready for these kind of partnerships, but districts need to reach and out start establishing the relationships. School districts need to make it a priority in their visions for the future and go out and make it happen.

"If education is the passport to the future, then we must prepare for it." (Zotalis, 2019)

I also think business are ready to forge better partnerships with schools as they see that the current schooling system is not producing the kind of workforce that is needed for a technology based society.

Businesses will put forward the money and technology to help make this a reality if they see that it is benefiting them and society as a whole.

If we are to prepare for the future, we must change now!
